Earning her Bachelor’s Degrees at Florida State University with honors and moving on from there to join Saint Leo University, also located in Florida, with the high levels of confidence and dedication it takes to achieve ones’ MBA with honors, it was clear from the get go that Margaret, “Maggie,” Gill was meant for greatness. Taking time at Wharton School to complete course work in strategic thinking and management Maggie Gill was never playing games with her future, she took the time and made the marks and is now one of the finest minds in her field.
Beginning her journey into the world of medicine, she first joined the Tenet South Florida Health system as a Chief Financial Officer where she spent five years exploring the world of medicine and helping others before thrice receiving the Tenet Outstandind CFO award. While at Tenet, Maggie Gill invested much of her time to three particular different hospitals and medical centers; Coral Gables Hospital, Palmetto General Hospital, and North Shore Medical Center. After these wide impress accomplishments, Gill decided to take up a new, exciting challenge.
Joining Memorial University Medical Center (or MUMC) in the year 2004 as the Vice President in the area of finance and managed care, Maggie Gill is put-together beacon of wisdom and hope for a future desperately in need of change. With hard work and dedication to her craft and care, in 2005 she was granted the honor of promotion to Chief Operating Office and from there on worked constantly and consistently with loyalty and grace to become Memorial Health’s Chief Executive Officer and President in the year 2011.

Heading the charge for brighter future for each Vice President, Physician Leader, and Senior Vice President of the company, Maggie Gill takes considerable care to make for the best possible work environment for all her co-workers.
